A tantalum capacitor on the IP24 board did blow on 23. September 2011. The IP24 board had to be replaced by an older one. To be able to run the R5000 processor the machine came the PROM chips of both mainboards had to be swapped (070-9101-008 vs. 070-9101-011). Also, the Dallas clock/battery chip had to be swapped.
